Nissin Classic Soba are thin, firm instant noodles made with buckwheat and wheat flour, paired with a rich, flavorful broth with a classic Japanese flavor. The broth, seasoned with soy sauce, mirin, and traditional spices, delivers a rich umami flavor. Ideal for a quick lunch or a comforting snack, they're ready in minutes.

Ingredients

Noodles 82.8% : WHEAT flour, palm oil, salt, improvers (E500, E451), stabilizer E501, thickening agent E412, antioxidant E306.

Seasoning sauce 16.4% : sugar, water, rapeseed oil, SOY SAUCE (water, SOY, salt, WHEAT), flavour enhancers (E621, E635), colouring E150c, dextrose, molasses, vinegar, salt, spices, hydrolysed vegetable protein, tomato powder, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring.

Garnish : spring onions.

How to use

1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.

2. Drain the water lightly to taste.

3. Add the dressing sauce and mix well.

4. Garnish with the included spring onions and serve hot.
