Nongshim Instant Noodles Soon Veggie Ramen is a completely vegan noodle soup made with 100% plant-based ingredients. The vegetable broth is savory, slightly spicy, and rich in flavor, perfect not only for vegetarians or vegans, but also for anyone who wants a light dish without sacrificing flavor.

Ingredients

Noodles: WHEAT flour (USA), palm oil, potato starch, modified potato starch, salt, acidity regulators (E501, E339, E500), must (soy sauce, yeast extract, garlic), liquid tocopherol (antioxidant E306, emulsifier), green tea extract (acidifier E330), colour (E101).

Soup powder: seasonings (hydrolyzed vegetable protein SOY , maltodextrin, yeast extract, salt, SOY sauce, sugar, WHEAT flour), seasonings (maltodextrin, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, ginger, onions, spring onions), salt, sugar, flavour enhancers (E631, E627), maltodextrin, shiitake mushroom, acidifier E330.

Vegetable flakes: choy sum, cabbage, carrot.

Preparation

1. Bring 550 ml of water to the boil.

2. Add the noodles and soup powder to the boiling water.

3. Cook for about 4–5 minutes , stirring well.

4. Add fresh vegetables, chili pepper, spring onion, or tofu if desired.

5. Serve hot and enjoy!
