Ingredients

Noodles 90.8% : WHEAT flour, palm oil, salt, flour treatment agents (sodium carbonate, triphosphates), stabilizer (potassium carbonate), thickener (guar gum), antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract).

Seasoning powder 8.8% : salt, whole MILK powder, sugar, SESAME seeds, monosodium glutamate, maltodextrin, garlic powder, glucose syrup, hydrogenated palm oil, yeast extracts, dried green onion, SOY sauce, ginger powder, onion powder, white pepper powder, hydrolyzed SOY protein, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, rice bran oil, black pepper powder, silicon dioxide, MILK protein.

Oil dressing 7.6% : SOY sauce (water, SOY, WHEAT, salt), toasted SESAME seed oil, rapeseed oil, flavourings.

How to use

1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.

2. Drain the water, leaving a small amount to taste.

3. Add the seasoning powder and the oil seasoning , mixing well until evenly coated.

4. Serve hot and enjoy the creamy Nissin-style Tonkotsu broth , ready in minutes.
