Nissin Spicy Ramen is a quick and easy instant noodle recipe, perfect for those who love intense, spicy flavors. The combination of soft noodles and rich chili seasoning offers a spicy, aromatic experience in just minutes.
Ingredients
Noodles 89.7% : WHEAT flour, palm oil, salt, flour treatment agents (sodium carbonate, triphosphates), stabilizer (potassium carbonate), thickener (guar gum), antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract).
Seasoning powder 8.3% : salt, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), sugar, soy sauce powder (SOYbeans, WHEAT, salt, maltodextrin), flavourings, chilli powder (7% of the seasoning powder), spices, yeast extract, colourings (paprika extract, plain colouring), leek flakes, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), acidity regulator (citric acid).
Oil dressing 2% : toasted SESAME seed oil, rapeseed oil, colouring (paprika extract), flavourings.
How to use

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.

Drain the water, leaving a small amount to taste.

Add the seasoning powder and the oil seasoning , mixing well until evenly coated.
